Other than a couple passing references I've stayed away from the President Barack Obama birth certificate topic. There are kooks on all sides of the political spectrum and it initially to me seemed likely this was nothing more than a conspiracy theory from the black helicopter types. On the other hand the longer this has gone on and the lack of an acceptable birth certificate being produced (Please don't refer me to the one online. It doesn't come close to meeting the standard.) has made me wonder. After all this whole thing could have been squelched by simply producing an official birth certificate. They aren't hard to get. I've got an official copy of mine sitting in my desk. Let's see I'm looking at mine. It shows where I was born and is not a statement of live birth like the one that has been online. It shows the name of the physician and names of the parents. Hmm, breaking news here folks. Something interesting here I just noticed. I've got my wife's here. A little background first. She was adopted at just a couple days old.
